Our services
Acceptance of Terms: These Terms govern your access to and use of EvalVista, including our website, evaluation dashboard, APIs, and related services (“Services”).
Service description: EvalVista helps teams evaluate and regression-test AI assistants (e.g., VAPI/Retell) by executing test suites, storing run results, and producing quality metrics.
Changes: We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on the site or by email.
Intellectual property
All rights, title, and interest in the EvalVista platform, website, UI, logos, documentation, and underlying software are owned by EvalVista or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services (including prompts, test cases, evaluation datasets, and configuration). You grant EvalVista a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content only to operate and improve the Services.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
Upload or transmit malware, exploit code, or run vulnerability scanning against our infrastructure.
Disrupt or overload the Services (including abuse of rate limits).
Use the Services in violation of applicable laws or to generate/automate harmful, deceptive, or abusive behavior.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and lawful basis to upload any data you submit, and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive personal data unless strictly required for your evaluation.
Account & subscriptions
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay fees according to the plan you select. Plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. We may update pricing or plan features, but we’ll provide notice where required.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, or a serious security risk.
