Getting started:
Learn the basics of EvalVista: how our automated harness integrates with your VAPI or Retell assistants, how to import your UAT spreadsheet, and how to interpret the pass rate, regression diffs, and semantic scoring metrics before shipping a new version.
EvalVista is an automated test harness for VAPI and Retell assistants. It turns your manual UAT spreadsheet into an executable suite, records every response, scores them semantically, and highlights regressions before you deploy a new version.
EvalVista works with any VAPI or Retell assistant. We integrate via their public APIs, so there’s no need to change your existing setup. Support for additional providers is on our roadmap.
In the Sandbox (beta) tier you can connect one assistant; the Team tier allows up to three; the Scale tier supports unlimited assistants with custom limits.
Yes. During onboarding we can share a starter CSV with common UAT scenarios, or you can import your own spreadsheet. We also offer best‑practice templates for flows like greetings, fallback responses, and FAQs.
Sandbox users receive email support during business hours. Team and Scale plans include priority chat support, and Scale customers get a dedicated contact and contractual SLAs.
Plans & usage:
Learn how to connect multiple assistants, customise test cases and scoring, understand billing cycles, transfer plans, and explore self‑hosted options.

Yes. You can import your own test cases, tag them by flow or intent, and adjust semantic scoring thresholds. Advanced users on Team and Scale plans can request custom scoring rules.
The Sandbox plan is free during our beta. Paid plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions; you can upgrade or cancel at any time.
Yes. Reach out to our support team and we can help reassign your subscription to a different workspace or team.
EvalVista currently runs as a cloud service. For organisations needing on‑premise deployment, please contact us to discuss enterprise options.

During the private beta, EvalVista is free. Paid plans include updates and support for as long as your subscription is active. Cancel any time, and your account will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Sandbox (beta) users receive email support during business hours. Team subscribers get priority Slack/Teams notifications and faster response times. Scale customers have a dedicated contact and contractual SLAs.
Send us an email at [email protected]
if you’re on Sandbox. Team and Scale users can also open a support ticket via the dashboard or reach us on Slack.
We ship improvements continuously—usually weekly during beta—to refine scoring, add features, and fix bugs. You’ll get all updates automatically without downtime.
If you cancel your subscription, you keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, your runs and data remain read-only; you’ll need to renew to resume new runs and get support.
